A young ballerina, just waiting for her chance to shine.
This little angel was drawn with colored pencil on Strathmore 400 Series Artagain (coal black) paper. I used both pink and white colors that allowed me to balance the light between the subject and the stage light shining through.
It’s mounted in a composite frame with fabric mat (and a matching inner liner). It’s protected by a piece of non-glare UV acrylic that matches everything perfectly.
